Refund & Returns Policy – Rudhraksh Technologies

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation).

2. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Certain categories are not eligible for return, including:
    • Consumables (e.g., food items, perishables)
    • Hygiene and personal care products
    • Customized or special‑order items
  • These exclusions are clearly indicated on product pages.

3. Refund Process

  • Once a return request is approved, customers must ship the product back to the designated supplier/warehouse.
  • Upon inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • In cases of partial returns, only the value of the returned product will be refunded.

4. Replacement Policy

  • If a replacement is requested instead of a refund, Rudhraksh Technologies will coordinate with suppliers to dispatch a replacement product within 5–7 business days, subject to availability.
  • If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

5. Return Procedure

  • Customers must initiate a return request via the support portal or by contacting customer service at the details provided on the website.
  • A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued, which must be included with the returned package.
  • Returns without a valid RAN may be rejected.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For defective or incorrect items, Rudhraksh Technologies will bear the return shipping costs.
  • For voluntary returns (e.g., customer no longer wants the product), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Dropshipping Model Disclosure

  • Rudhraksh Technologies operates under a dropshipping model. Products are sourced from verified third‑party suppliers and shipped directly to customers.
  • While Rudhraksh Technologies ensures supplier reliability, fulfillment timelines and product availability depend on supplier operations.
  • Customers will always be provided with tracking details and support throughout the return/refund process.
